This position promotes the business of Saddleback Medical Group, Inc. Duties include direct/indirect marketing and other referral sources for the medical group and ancillary departments. Assist with tracking and monitoring trends within the community. This position requires an understanding of SMG strategic goals, as related to the medical group/physicians core values. The role will assist SMG group as it relates to enhancing physician relations, community outreach information and customer service strategies. This individual will help to implement the marketing plan and support programs to grow volume with existing programs and support new programs as directed by the SMG physician group. Support the Vision and Mission of SMG.
* Support accounts payable department. They will support administrator with SMG accounts payable, accurately record deposits, reconcile accounts and monitor vendor expenses * Create and develop marketing material for SMG * Assist Administrator and Manager of Operations with specific projects to enhance growth opportunities * Monitors website and social media sites to maintain a reputable presence online and respond appropriately to both positive and negative reviews * Physician liaison in regards to credentialing, scheduling meetings, submitting paperwork, and payments, and other hospital related necessities * Collaborate with management team to meet the goals of SMG
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications * Two years of business or healthcare administrative assistant * Demonstrate knowledge of various programs, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office * Experience in an out-patient setting preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of social media marketing preferred
