Memorial Healthcare System, located in South Florida, is seeking an experienced physician leader to oversee its Memorial Health Network (MHN), an established and growing clinically integrated provider network. MHN is a physician-led clinically integrated model that promotes evidence-based healthcare and embraces the goal of value by improving quality outcomes and lowering costs. MHN is comprised of more than 1,200 physicians in medical and surgical specialties treating pediatric and adult patient populations. The selected candidate should have either a MD or DO degree, be board certified, and have proven leadership and management experience in the delivery of clinically integrated healthcare services. The Medical Director will participate in current and future clinical strategies, standardization of best practices among providers in the network and initiative development and implementation as they relate to the further advancement of network goals and objectives. Additional duties will include education, network growth and medical leadership over care transition and utilization management. The position is 100% dedicated to administrative time and does not have a clinical component. The position offers a competitive benefit and compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience.
