We are seeking a dynamic board-certified Urology leader with 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in an academic environment to serve as the Regional Chief of The Trinity Health Of New England Urology group throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to implement your vision and leadership with a regional leader in Urological services. Here, you will work with a talented team of Urologists providing full spectrum services that range from general urological procedures to laparoscopic and robotic surgeries at four hospitals in Connecticut and Massachusetts. You will provide leadership and oversite for the group’s day-to-day clinical operations and a vision for the department that extends into ongoing research initiatives and our academic training program with University of Connecticut School of Medicine Urology Residents. The successful candidate should be a proven leader and an exceptional clinician who can implement their vision, execute strategic plans, and demonstrates a passion for teaching and training.
St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut
We’re seeking a proven clinician with a primary interest in working in an outpatient setting and who has robotic surgery experience. Join our multi-faceted Urology practice and work alongside seven physicians and four advanced practitioners who share our values of collaborative, patient-centered care. This prestigious department has abundant volume to support a new clinician and a robust in-network referral base. The primary responsibilities for this new role will be providing in-office procedures such as flexible cystoscopy, urodynamic testing, prostate biopsies, bladder biopsies and other minimally invasive treatments, but opportunities exist to perform more complex procedures as well. This is a full-time position with a favorable schedule and minimal call shared by the department.
