Members of the ServiceNow family are considered subject matter experts responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all components within the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow team members work closely with Leadership, other team members, Process Owners, IS, and Operational teams to ensure that administration and implementation are conducted per policy, procedures, and best practices. Under general supervision, the ServiceNow Developer provides an intermediate level of operational and component build expertise in completing component development assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. They typically are responsible for the Service Catalog, user/group administration, enhancement requests, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job * Serve as a build expert in the ServiceNow platform supporting configuration of the system * Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix ServiceNow issues * Complete assigned ServiceNow tasks and projects
REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience * Experienced with the ServiceNow platform, as well as the ITIL framework. * Proven familiarity with relational databases * Experienced planning and organizing day-to-day activities * Demonstrated use of effective communication and interpersonal relations to achieve established goals
Education * Must complete Administrator training within a 1 year and work toward a ServiceNow certification in any relevant product line
