The Department of Urology of the Cleveland Clinic’s Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute is seeking to hire a Urologist to serve as Director of our outpatient surgical procedure unit located in the Glickman Tower. The unit consists of 12 procedure rooms and 4 larger operating rooms where outpatient procedures including vasectomy, prostate biopsies (transrectal, transperienal, and fusion-guided), urodynamics, retrograde urethrography, cystoscopy, stent insertions and removals are performed, totaling more than 20,000 cases/year. The Department is seeking to expand the number and scope of procedures performed while continuing to provide cutting edge care to patients. Interested candidates should have certified for or be willing to learn conscious sedation, and demonstrated ability to work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team.
