With minimum supervision, this position is directly accountable for the processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, staff scheduling and routine activities for the Shared Services campus. This responsibility is for all MHS, MMF, MCMG or residing MemorialCare entities on the Shared Services campus. The position is also responsible for management, updating and reporting of the Materials Management operational metrics and key activities for all mail or packages process through designated carriers or couriers. All department functions are to be completed in a regular and timely manner, directly contributing to the daily processes and targets for the departments ultimate results. This position is also responsible for all receiving, notification, tracking and reporting for the MHS campus physically and in Peoplesoft or designated electronic format.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Ability to accurately sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
Ability to Lead, coach and designate daily assignments in conjunction with Manager.
Ability to Lead and coordinate special projects with Manager and required departments or entities.
Ability to accurately utilize bulk mail processing equipment and procedures.
Ability to accurately complete routine monthly & annual reports, messages and forms.
Ability to understand PeopleSoft/FSCM/Prime receiving processes & procedures.
Ability to communicate professionally & effectively in all forms of media.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum 3 years mailroom/office clerical experience preferred.
