Areas of expertise should include management of urinary stone disease, BPH, recurrent UTI and other benign conditions of adult male and female patients.
UF/Urology is a quality full service department with shared faculty at the adjacent Malcolm Randall VA hospital. The position includes a full range of benefits including health insurance, paid meetings and vacation and retirement plan participation. Base salary is competitive, and commensurate with rank.
The successful candidate will feel welcomed into the community that is UF/Urology. Part of that community is the urology alumni society, the UroGators, that embraces 62 years of former resident and fellowship training graduates. Gainesville itself, as the home of Florida Gators, is a robust university town that supports families, cultural activities and a broad range of outdoor hobbies.
